Waterwater Rafting in the Blue Ridge Mountains
The Tica Group is pleased to offer whitewater rafting trips on the Ocoee River in Tennessee (site of the 1996 Olympic whitewater venue) as well as the beautiful Nantahala River in North Carolina. These two rivers offer rafting trips appropriate for all skill levels and most age groups.
Ocoee River:
Minimum age requirement: 12 years old
Season: Mid March through November 1
Location: Southeastern Tennessee

Nantahala River:
No minimum age requirement but must weigh 60 pounds
Season: April through October
